Explanation of Online Event Booking Transactions
The Ireland-U.S. Council uses online credit card payment processing to allow members to reserve
and book places at Council sponsored events held in both the U.S. and Ireland (North and
South). If you book and pay for a Council event online through our website you will receive an email confirmation.
This email will contain a reference number that may be used in any contacts with
The Ireland-U.S. Council regarding said booking.
If payment is received up to 5 business days prior to the event a confirmation letter and event ticket(s) will be delivered to you via certified mail. If payment is received within 5 business days of the event the ticket(s) will be available for pick-up at registration on the day of the event.

Refund Policy
The Ireland-U.S. Council offers a full refund if a member cancels 48 hours in advance
of an event for which payment has been received.
